Light Oak Homes is a Colorado based company that specializes in residential real estate development. Our team has completed projects ranging from new build/ground up construction to remodels and additions.
Light Oak Homes
Founders: Tommy and Courtney Pasque are the founders of Light Oak Homes. Tommy manages the prospecting, real estate, project management, financial management and works directly with the subcontractors and our Light Oak team. Courtney manages the finished design of each project and our events.
Light Oak Homes is a fully licensed general contractor in the State of Colorado and is fully insured.
Team: Light Oak is a fully licensed residential construction company comprised of engineers, construction professionals, designers and a bevy of skilled trades people. We have a construction manager who is in-house along with 40+ trusted subcontractors that we utilize for framing, excavation, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, finish and much more.
We also have the “Light Oak Team” which is our real estate team responsible for all of our real estate transactions.

We believe in providing value through intentional decision making around residential improvements. We believe the spaces should be enjoyed but they should also return on the investment.
Build It
Look and feel matters, but so does how you build the project. We have in-house design/development services as well as partner firms who specialize in specific engineering and architectural trades.
Design Matters
We utilize an organized approach to designing the interior and exterior finishes of the property. We build out the overall plan for the property by room and by trade. We then mine into individual options ranging from paint, plumbing fixtures, appliances and much more.
Over Communicate
We're big on communication. We run all of our projects in project management softwares, communicate internally and with our clients through Light Oak hosted software and we are an open book when it comes to sharing budgets and project tracking.
