This project was a redevelopment project that involved 4300 square feet of completely new walls, floors, exterior, finishes and more.  Locust has 5 beds / 4 baths and involved an open concept design.

Kettle

This is a 3500 sq ft home on a great lot with a great view in a coveted neighborhood in the Cherry Creek school District!  Kettle will be a 5 bed 4 bath home with custom finishes and thoughtful design!

Long

Long is a home that was 3500 square feet that became 4300 square feet.  Long has 4 beds, 4 baths and a first story office with a home that is a stand alone property in this classic Centennial Colorado neighborhood.

Uinta

Uinta is a 4 bed / 3 bath home that will have a total refresh of layout, function and finishes.  This home will highlight great bones that include high ceilings and soon to be more functional flow.

Otero

Otero was a 1300 square feet remodel of this 4000+ square foot home.  This remodel added one bedroom, one bathroom, one workout area, laundry area, wet bar and living area for this fun project update.

Forest

This project is a 4 bed 3 bath project that will be transformed into a 4 bed 4 bath home in 2026.  This project is in the Heritage Village neighborhood in one of their classic models with a seamless layout and flow.

Race

Race is a 2000 square foot addition and remodel of this 3500 square foot Denver based property.  Race added a brand new master suite, living area, kitchen and mudroom to improve the livability of this classic home!

Irwin

Irwin is a project that will transform from 3 bed / 3 bath to a stunning 6 bed / 4 bath coupled with a completely overhauled home layout and design.  Irwin is a classic built home in a desirable neighborhood.

Fulton

Fulton was a 3200 square foot home that transformed into a 4200+ square foot home.  This home added a newly redesigned and reimagined kitchen, living room, master suite, office and dining area in Greenwood Village.

Ivy

Ivy is a home update located in Cherry Hills.  This property will finish out formerly unfinished square footage and create living spaces that weren't available before.
