We purchased the property and started in on the initial planning, budgeting and further vision casting of the property.

The team is hard at work sorting through the permit set and design plans for this project!

This home is going to feature a reimagined layout with a more open and functional kitchen and first level, a newly vaulted primary bedroom and suite and a lot of exterior improvements!

Improvements | 2026.04
The property added many new changes, one including a new 3 panel slider to accent the high up view and new deck as we head into finishes for the month of May and June!

The property was completely renovated from top to bottom and will be ready in one month!

The property went under contract off market in June and was completed with some buyer specific add ons and customizations in July! We're very excited for the new owners and their family!
