We purchased the property and started in on the initial planning, budgeting and further vision casting of the property.

Concept | 2025.02
Our team got to work quickly on the concept. We wanted to make the space more modern and accent the great bones of this property.

Pre Construction | 2025.03
We built out our design standards along with our permit set and plan to fully kick off in February

Improvements | 2025.04
We hit the ground running with our demo, additions and our rough ins!
This house will have an open concept living and kitchen area, with improved bedrooms, baths and a fully finished basement!

We're on track to complete and list in June of 2025.
