Property Purchase | 2024.12
We purchased the property and started in on the initial planning, budgeting and further vision casting of the property.

Concept | 2025.01
Our team got to work quickly on the concept. We wanted to make the space more modern and also add improvements that included new bedrooms / baths as well as newly finished square feet.

Pre Construction | 2025.01
We built out our design standards along with our permit set and plan to fully kick off in February

Improvements | 2025.02
We hit the ground running with our demo, additions and our rough ins! This 1600 sq ft basement was completely demoed and replaced along with a full house remodel.

Progress | 2024.05
Lots of great improvements, this project was a lot of work but was fully worth it!
