Forest is a 4 bed 3 bath home that will be overhauled to include a fully updated home both on the interior and exterior.  Forest will be completely reimagined to include warmth, function and a breath of fresh air through the home.  The home will be transformed into a 4 bed 4 bath home with no details left untouched.

Property Purchase | 2026.01

We purchased the property and started in on the initial planning, budgeting and further vision casting of the property.

We have some new and fresh design plans and functionality improvements planned for Forest

Pre Construction | 2026.02

Demo kicked off in January with our framing and rough ins set for February completion

The plan is set and the improvements are underway with new windows, flooring, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more!

Progress | 2026.03

This property completed a lot of the major updates with roof, driveway, sewer line, HVAC and more in March
